About MTC Fitness & Health

At MTC Fitness & Health, my coaching is friendly, calm, and supportive — built around understanding who you are, what motivates you, and what you want to achieve. I believe fitness should feel personal, not intimidating.

I’ve completed 10 marathons, a number of half marathons, and previously led running groups for a local charity. Those experiences taught me how to support people of all abilities, build confidence, and help them achieve goals they never thought possible. I know what it takes to stay consistent, overcome setbacks, and keep moving forward — and I bring that same mindset to every client I work with.

Alongside my fitness journey, I’ve spent years as an Operations Manager, developing strong people‑focused skills and a servant‑leadership approach. Training in Paris and a month‑long placement in the United States helped me learn how to work with all types of personalities and backgrounds. It showed me the importance of listening, adapting, and bringing out the best in each individual.
Today, I combine both worlds — real endurance experience and strong people skills — to offer coaching that’s supportive, understanding, and genuinely tailored to you. Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to push your performance further, I’ll meet you where you are and help you grow at your pace.
